Artturi Linna: Predictive modelling of microbial community assembly, function, and adaptation

Microbial communities are relevant for many applications such asbiomass valorization. My research deals with metabolic modellingof these communities and uses new technologies to enhance thepredictive capabilities of the models.​

Main objectives:​

• Expand current algorithms to work with community models​

• Be able to predict assembly, function, and adaptation​

• Solve the problem of community level objective
